There is snow in my yard. In Charlotte! I got some photos of a polar “Bear” enjoying a Coca-Cola, which of course is symbol of free west. Speaking of Coke, I need a Mountain Dew…or a PowerAde.

OK, now I have one. I won’t drink it. I just needed it by my side. I had my most recent dose of carbidopa / levodopa 50 minutes ago, so it should be in full effect at this point. But the hand tremors are happening, I’ve got an unfocused but nagging anxiety, and I feel fatigued when I stand up.

OK, I drank some of the PowerAde and the anxiety seems to have fled. Tremors are ongoing, though, along with some movements that might be dyskinesia. I feel like a nap might help, but I had an hour-long nap some three hours ago, and if I do any more napping today then I might not be able to get to sleep at bed time. At times like this, I wish I could still hit the hooch.
