It has been two weeks since I said I’d get back to you about one week after I stopped taking sublingual vitamin B12. I can honestly say that I am now ready to blame the B12 for the increases in anxiety and fatigue that I was experiencing. Once I stopped taking B12, I felt much better. I still ain’t feelin’ great, but at least I feel viable most of the time. I even took Bear up to the BuRP and went for a couple short hikes on Tuesday. I may share a few pics from that day trip sometime soon. For now, I just wanted to say that I must recommend Parkies without the LRRK2 gene should avoid overdosing on vitamin B12.
