Today is Labor Day, and I am celebrating it as I do every year. By going into labor.

In actual news:

I have made all the arrangements for my Vermont State Vacation. This trip will be kinda special in that I’ve never even been to Vermont. In all but one (Hawaii) of my “state vacations” thus far, I have at least set foot in the state (however briefly) at some point prior. Also, Vermont isn’t exactly known for having any major airports, so I’ll be flying into Boston and driving to Vermont. This will take me through New Hampshire, which is another state I’ve never invaded. So, I’m thinking about adding about 45 minutes to the drive, to wander across the Maine state line. This would give me three “new” states in one day, cutting my “ain’t been there yet” list in half, leaving only Alaska, North Dakota, and Rhode Island unsullied by my presence.
