Below are links to the spreadsheet I have created for inventorying medication before leaving on a trip. I am making this available here for FREE, in case folks find it useful. A few quick points:

• I assume no responsibility for anything.
• I have NOT “locked down” or “protected” the formulas in the spreadsheet. If you delete the data in columns C, H, or I (with the exception of the yellow cell, C2), the formulas may be deleted, and the spreadsheet will no longer work.
