This morning, I was thinking about the movie Terminator 2: Judgement Day. For the uninitiated, the “bad guy” in this movie is a cyborg made of liquid metal. This cyborg survives shotgun blasts, explosions, being hit by a truck, being partially frozen in liquid nitrogen, the list goes on and on. This morning, after having watched this movie countless times over the 30+ years since its release, it finally occurred to me: If it was LIQUID metal, why didn’t somebody just throw a sponge at the bastard?

The rest are subject to change, but I’ve decided to go ahead and share this now, because I just know you are all itching with excitement (or perhaps with a fungal infection) to find out where I may be going in the coming year.
